Welcome to ImpresCV! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Az-kaaf LLP (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Jammu & Kashmir, India. They explain how you can use our resume, cover letter, and career tools (the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use ImpresCV.

  1. 1. Accounts
    • You must be at least 16 years old to use ImpresCV.
    • Provide accurate details when signing up and keep them updated.
    • Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for all activity on your account.
    • If you notice suspicious activity, email us at support@imprescv.com.
  2. 2. Using ImpresCV

    We give you a personal, limited license to use ImpresCV for creating resumes, cover letters, portfolios, and job applications.

    You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer our software, or use it to build a competing service.

  3. 3. Acceptable Use

    Please don’t use ImpresCV to:

    • Break the law or infringe others’ rights
    • Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content (including viruses)
    • Spam, scam, or harass other users
    • Try to hack or disrupt the platform
  4. 4. Payments
    • Some features require a paid subscription (see our pricing page).
    • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your account settings.
    • All payments are handled by secure providers (like Stripe or Razorpay). We don’t store card details.
    • Payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
  5. 5. Your Data
    • You own the resumes, cover letters, and content you create.
    • You grant us permission to process your data so the Service can function (for example, storing and formatting your documents).
    • We don’t sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
  6. 6. Our Content

    ImpresCV, including our templates, branding, software, and AI features, belong to Az-kaaf LLP. Please don’t copy or misuse them.

  7. 7. Disclaimer

    We provide ImpresCV “as is.” While our AI can suggest improvements, it doesn’t guarantee jobs, interviews, or results. You are responsible for reviewing and using the content you create.

  8. 8. Limitation of Liability

    We’re not liable for indirect damages (like lost opportunities or data). Our maximum liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

  9. 9. Ending Your Account

    You can cancel anytime. We may also suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. After termination, we may delete your data.

  10. 10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Jammu & Kashmir, India. Disputes will be handled in Jammu & Kashmir under Indian law.

  11. 11. Final Notes
    • We may update these Terms. If changes are important, we’ll let you know.
    • If any part of these Terms isn’t enforceable, the rest still applies.
    • These Terms + our Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and us.
